Radix Engineering is a company founded and owned by David Hook, P.E. David has practiced Civil Engineering since graduating from Arizona State University in 1986.
While the vast majority of David's career was in Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning, he has worked in all aspects of Civil Engineering.
